depends on what the job required per your labor cert. If it said 2 years, then even if you have 36 years of industry experience you need experience letters for only 2 years.
If you are going for EB2 and your LC says MS+1 year of experience, you need experience for 1 year. If your LC said BS+5 years you need 5 years worth. If your LC said the job requires expertise in VC++, your experience letter must mention VC++.
It is EB3 (PD 2001) and Lc did say that 3 years of experience and my first job almost have 2 years 8-9 months of experience. So I was thinking that USISC should not mind for letter of eperience for 3 remaining months..Current job ..I have been working now for 6.5 years....
Does it matter..Do you think it really matters..

it appears you might have missed the boat.
This exact same thing happened to my package sent via USPS, I sent overnight and it still took 2 days to finally get in a person's hand, it was still on time to not have any negative consequences, but lesson learned, don't rely on USPS/UPS and don't wait till end, atleast have 5 days for mail delievery. I had nasty chat with my attorney to send my papers before he was planning to send, I am even planning to report to 'statewide bar association'. Lawyers knows ( or must know ) the importance of timely filling and its effect on families and their lives.
Hope things go fine and they do accept the application.

Therefore any mail that is not picked up in the morning will be picked only the following day and is given a next day receipt date.
Note: The package will be delivered to the Service Center P.O.Box even if the mailer is addressed to include the street address for the Service Enter with or without the P.O Box and this confirmed by the U.S Postal Service.

My dad had GC in 70s, he came and went back to India to pursue a lucarative job.
He is currently here on a visitor's visa and during the visa interview at Chennai, he showed his expired green card - and they confiscated it (after 30+ years of expiry)and gave him a tourist visa.

I always enjoyed the Hyatt at Embarcadero Center and would probably stay there......If we are talking sometime in December I would hope we could firm up some dates soon so reservations can be made....Example if we made a date for Sat December 10th weekend I would arrive sometime on the 9th and then leave Tuesday 13th or Monday 12th.
I also may consider a round or two at Peeble Beach/Spanish Bay not to interfere with our weekend, but afterwards.
